TiredI’ve been continuing to tweak my integration between Spotify and Bluesky. My most recent updates have been more behind the scenes work, however it sets up for improving my weekly re-cap post.
I’m tracking more attributes about the tracks that are currently being played. This will allow me to expand my weekly recap post to include total minutes listened to, number of songs played, and the top played song… although since I’m only allowing a song to be posted once per day, this does skew results. However, since this is merely for fun it doesn’t have to be exact.
I think the next part of this project will be to setup a quarterly recap that mimics the Spotify Wrapped graphics at the end of the year. This way, I have more data to work with and to actually generate images with. I think that will be fun!
I’m happy with how things are coming together with it. This has been a fun, although frustrating at times, project.
